The Omni Gym Extended Care Plan provides an additional year of warranty coverage, extending the support period for your Omni Gym equipment. This plan is designed to give you peace of mind and extended protection.

Devices purchased within the last two years are eligible for the Extended Care Plan. Devices beyond the two-year warranty period are not eligible. Be sure to check your warranty expiration date.

To activate the Extended Care Plan, you will need your order number. Enter this number on the machine to activate extended care. Please save your order information for future reference.

The Extended Care Plan is effective seven days after purchase. If you encounter issues with binding or activation after this period, please contact Omni Gym After-Sales support for assistance.

No, each device can only be bound to one Extended Care Plan. Repeated purchases for the same device are not permitted.

Once the Extended Care Plan is activated and bound to a device, cancellations and refunds are not allowed. Please proceed carefully with your purchase.

Currently, the Extended Care Plan is only available within the United States. Devices located outside of the U.S. are not eligible for this service.

The Extended Care Plan is available for purchase on the official Omni Gym website.

The Extended Care Plan includes unlimited repair services for eligible issues. Coverage applies to material costs, logistics for providing and returning goods, and testing fees. However, it does not include on-site repair services. Users are responsible for any on-site repair-related expenses, including labor and transportation.

The Extended Care Plan does not cover damages due to improper use, intentional damage, natural wear and tear, cosmetic damage, loss or theft, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. Additionally, damages from external factors such as computer viruses, extreme weather, or force majeure events are excluded.

WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICIES

All Omni Gym products come with a one-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and ensuring you receive a high-quality product. This standard warranty can be extended with the Omni Gym Extended Care Plan.

The Extended Warranty takes effect immediately after the standard warranty expires and lasts for 12 months. It will terminate at 24:00 on the day after the extended warranty period expires.

The standard warranty covers any manufacturing defects. It does not include damages caused by misuse, modification, or natural wear and tear.

To start a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your purchase invoice and warranty details. Omni Gym will guide you through the claim process.

Omni Gym offers a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping fees may apply, and items must be in new, unused condition. Please review our full return policy for additional details.

Once activated, the Extended Warranty is bound to the specific product and cannot be transferred to another device or a third party.

Yes, if your product’s serial number indicates it was activated over 24 months ago, purchased from unofficial channels, or cannot be matched with an order, you won’t be eligible for the Extended Care Plan.

No, consumable parts like protective films or components that degrade over time due to natural wear are not covered under the warranty.

You may purchase the Extended Care Plan within 24 months of the original purchase to extend coverage. If the warranty has expired and no extended warranty is in place, Omni Gym offers paid repair options through our official service centers.

PACKAGE & SHIPPING

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, and you can generally expect your order within 5-7 business days.

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Omni Gym equipment is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Larger components are reinforced with additional protection for safe delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Yes, you can change the shipping address for the extended warranty. Please contact Omni Gym customer service before shipment to confirm and arrange the change to avoid any potential additional shipping costs.

Submit an Omni Gym extended warranty service application to our after-sales department. Ensure that you provide complete personal information and necessary documents, such as the purchase invoice and extended warranty service number.

Once your application is approved, follow Omni Gym’s after-sales guidelines for repair. Products eligible for free repair services will be covered under the extended warranty, while non-eligible products will receive a paid repair quote.

If the product bound to the extended warranty is returned within 7 days or exchanged within 15 days, the extended warranty can also be processed for return or re-bound with the exchanged product. However, this does not apply if the product was purchased from unofficial channels or if the extended warranty was used within 7 days after activation.

The extended warranty cannot be canceled or transferred once it is bound to a specific device and activated.
